You can permanently delete your MatchIndex account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how it works and what gets removed.
When you request account deletion, the following is permanently removed from our systems:

Subscription & billing records are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) to comply with financial reporting laws. They are not used for any other purpose and are not linked to your deleted account profile.
You can also ask us to delete just a subset of your data — for example, your favorites or your saved alerts — while keeping your account active. Send an email to support@matchindex.app describing what you'd like removed.
